Analysis

This price agreement is for truck maintenance and repair services for city vehicles through the Fleet Services Division.

 

Notice of bid #15123 was advertised and distributed to 10 vendors, one bid was received and opened May 05, 2015 as shown on attachment A.

 

The bid from Stewart & Stevenson meets specifications and is recommended for award.

 

Financial Consideration

Funds are available in various departments operating budgets and will be charged accordingly on orders through the end of the fiscal year.  Funding for future fiscal years will be paid from that year’s approved budgets.
