Analysis
We are required to review and update and re-submit our state mandated Water Conservation Plan every 5 years. The previous plan was submitted in 2009. The Plan is essentially the same and is submitted with update statistics regarding water usage, changes in the water system, per capita usage and other information. The only change impacting customers is that the restriction limiting watering to the hours of 6 PM to 10 AM is now a part of the Water Conservation Plan and of course remains in the Drought Contingency Plan as well. As part of the Water Conservation Plan, this restriction is in effect year round, not just when the Drought Contingency Plan is implemented.
