Analysis
As part of the City’s ongoing Capital Improvements Program, high maintenance and aged water main locations are recommended for replacement by the Water Utilities staff on a yearly basis. City staff has prepared plans and specifications to replace water mains in various locations throughout the City with new water mains. For this design package, a total of twenty three (23) locations were identified and prioritized to include the following water improvements:
· Santa Barbara Dr. between Trinidad St. and Victoria Dr.
· Santiago Circle between Trinidad St. and Trinidad St.
· Trinidad St. between Santa Barbara Dr. and Belt Line Rd.
· Victoria Dr. between Santa Barbara Dr. and Belt Line Rd.
· NE 11th St. between Small St. and Rice St.
· Pioneer Parkway at the intersection with Gregory Ln.
· Yorkshire Dr. between Hampshire Dr. and Westminster Dr.
· El Paso St. between SW 19th St. and SW 21st St.
· Hawthorne Ln. between Gregory Ln. and Corn Valley Rd.
· Vivian Circle at the intersection with Gregory Ln.
· NE 9th St. between E. Main St. and Davis St.
· Dawson Circle between SW 3rd St. and Dickey Rd.
· Springdale Circle at the intersection with W. Springdale Ln.
