Lot 3A1 and 4A1, Block B, Cox and Hines Subdivision, City of Grand Prairie, Tarrant County, Texas, zoned General Retail (GR) within Central Business District (CBD) and addressed 2601 W. Jefferson St.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The applicant intends to use the existing building located at 2601 W. Jefferson St for an Event Center. The proposed event center will host events such as baby showers, birthday parties, wedding, Quinceanera, as well as family events.

ADJACENT LAND USES AND ACCESS:

North - Jefferson St. (City Limits)

South - Directly south of the subject property is vacant land zoned as Commercial Office (CO)

East - The property directly east is zoned Planned Development-371 (PD-371) and has retail uses.

West - West of the subject property is zoned General Retail (GR) and has retail uses.
