Analysis

RFB# 19099 was advertised in the Star-Telegram and on Bidsync.com. It was viewed by 34 vendors with two vendors submitting bids.  No local Grand Prairie vendors responded.  Staff recommends awarding the bid to Zline Bunker based on low bid.  The acquisition of this product will allow us to install new liner in all of our bunkers at Tangle Ridge golf course.  This will provide a stable base to help maintain the Tangle Ridge bunkers in optimal condition.  This is part of the Tangle Ridge overall bunker renovation program that will be completed this year.

Financial Consideration

Funding for the Tangle Ridge bunker renovations to install this bunker liner in the amount of $86,625 Parks Capital Projects Fund (317193), WO # 01905003 (Tangle Ridge Bunker Renovations).
