Analysis

JONATHAN ROBINSON has requested a license to allow for the encroachment on the City’s utility easement (See attached Exhibit “A” building exhibit).  Approval of this license agreement is required for 520 Salisbury Drive to keep the present location of the building (See attached Exhibit “B” for aerial map of the property).

All public utilities have approved the encroachment of the one-story frame building on the utility easement.  The Zoning Board of Adjustments has already approved the masonry exception, 5-foot rear setback variance and the right to encroach the easement line.

The license will have a 10-year term with either party having the right to terminate upon written notice.

Financial Consideration

Revenue:   $300.00 which is the recommended one time only charge for the ten-year term license.
