MARS Partners Ltd. has agreed to sell the land to the City at a purchase price of $294,000.  The purchase will be for the relocation of Fire Station No. 3 and for the addition of classroom space for the Fire Department.

 

Financial Consideration

Funding acquisition for the property located at 1201 W. Marshall Drive for Fire Station No. 3, in the amount of $294,000 is available in the Fire Capital Projects Fund (400591) WO #01800401 (Station Relocation 3 Land Purchase) 68090 (Land Purchase).
