North: Adjacent to the subject property to the northwest is bar, zoned Commercial Office (CO) District, operating as The Ritz. The Magic Carpet Club bar that is located in the same building as The Ritz is now formally closed and can no longer reopen as a bar. To the northeast of the property is a drive-through restaurant, zoned General Retail (GR) District, operating as Lisa’s Chicken. Directly north of the subject property is W. Jefferson Street, Union Pacific Rail Road, and Main Street.
