These properties were struck off to the taxing jurisdictions by Sheriff’s Deeds for delinquent taxes, penalties, interest and court costs. The City advertised foreclosure properties for sale by sealed bids with a bid opening on November 30, 2016, (see attached map for locations). Responsive bids were received for these properties, as follows:

Due to the current condition of the street network in the Matthew Road Mobile Home Estates Subdivision, we recommend the bids on 1401 Ranch Road and 1701 Corral Road be rejected. These properties may be advertised at a later date.
Financial Consideration
These properties are currently off the tax roll. After the sale they will return to the tax roll and the new owner will be responsible for maintenance.
