Analysis
The Trinity River Authority has requested that the City grant to it one permanent 20-foot sanitary sewer easement, totaling 2,644 square feet, across City owned drainage right of way property, and a temporary construction easement totaling 12,868 square feet.  The project is generally located beginning at the northeast corner of the Woodcrest Country Club, just east of FM 1382, extending generally southwest, where it enters Fish Creek Preserve.
 
These easements are required in connection with TRA's construction of the Mountain Creek Relief Project MC-5 and MC-6 sanitary sewer Interceptor Project, Phase 2B Parcel No. 18.
