SUMMARY:

Final Plat for Victory at Lakeridge, Lot 2, Block 1.  Tract 3C, M. Hunt Survey, Abstract No. 758, City of Grand Prairie, Tarrant County, Texas, zoned PD-283, within the Lake Ridge Overlay District, and addressed as 5150 Lake Ridge Pkwy.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The purpose of the Final Plat is to create one lot on 1.095 acres to facilitate commercial development in the Lake Ridge Corridor.

PLAT FEATURES:

 

Lot 2 is accessible from Lake Ridge Pkwy.  An existing access easement provides cross access and facilitates circulation throughout the development.  The plat depicts the necessary utility and access easements.  The plat meets the standards in PD-283 and the Unified Development Code (UDC).

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

DRC recommends approval.
