Price Agreement for Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) Authorized Service Facilities Agreement from RDO Equipment Company for up to $50,000 annually through a Master Interlocal Agreement with the City of Fort Worth for an initial ten months with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods totaling $150,000 if all extensions are exercised and authorize the City Manager to execute the renewal options with aggregate price fluctuations of the lesser of up to $50,000 or 25% of the original maximum price so long as sufficient funding is appropriated by the City Council to satisfy the City's obligation during the renewal terms

Analysis
Fleet Services will use this agreement for OEM authorized service, repair, maintenance and purchases of parts for a variety of vehicles in the City fleet on an as needed basis.
State Purchasing laws, Government Code, Chapter 271.102 authorize local governments to enter into joint contracts and cooperative agreements for the performance of governmental functions normally associated with the operation of government such as purchasing necessary materials and supplies.
The City approved a Master Interlocal agreement with the City of Fort Worth whereby the City could make use of all of the entities agreement(s). This communication is to notify the Council that staff would like to make use of this particular agreement and enter into an annual contract with RDO Equipment Company for OEM Authorized Services Agreement, the initial term shall begin November 6, 2019 and expire November 29, 2020, with two, one-year renewal options available as executed by the City of Fort Worth.
The City of Fort Worth contract #17-0362 began August 30, 2017 and shall end August 29, 2020 with the option to renew for one (1) additional two-year periods.
