The proposed Final Plat establishes one (1) non-residential lot on 5.78 acres and dedicates the necessary easements to accommodate the development of the property.  The property is being platted in conformance with dimensional and other standards of the Light Industrial (LI) District as stipulated within PD-41.

This plat is in substantial compliance with the requirement of the Unified Development Code.
