PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The purpose of the Final Plat is to create one lot on 7.727 acres to facilitate multi-family development.

PLAT FEATURES:
The lot will be accessible from Belt Line Rd. The plat depicts the necessary utility easements. The applicant has submitted final engineering plans for review.
