Final Plat for Lot 1, Block 1, of Luxury Living Addition.  Tract 5, J M Graves Survey, Abstract No. 512, City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, zoned PD-374, and addressed as 2902 S Belt Line Rd.

 

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

 

The purpose of the Final Plat is to create one lot on 7.727 acres to facilitate multi-family development.

PLAT FEATURES:

 

The lot will be accessible from Belt Line Rd.  The plat depicts the necessary utility easements.  The applicant has submitted final engineering plans for review.  Once the size of the detention pond is determined, an easement will be added to the plat before it is recorded.  The plat meets density and dimensional requirements in PD-374 and the UDC.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

The Development Review Committee (DRC) recommends approval.
