Property is described as a 0.865 acre portion of Stonechase Apartments Addition, City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, in the Belt Line Overlay located approximately 800 feet east of the intersection of W. Tarrant Road and NW 7th Street and addressed as 400 W. Tarrant Road.
