Analysis

The dedication of this permanent water utility easement (0.130 acre) is required in connection with the proposed installation of a water main in Dallas County.  (See attached property description as Exhibit “A and B”)


This parcel is located at Southeast Fourth Street. (See attached aerial as Exhibit “C” for location).

 

This item will authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the required easement for recording in the Dallas County Official Public Records.
