Consider a request to approve a final plat to create a one-lot residential subdivision. The 11.31-
acre property, zoned Agriculture (A) District and is within the Lakeridge Overlay Corridor District, is located at 840 E. Seeton Rd.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The applicant is proposing to plat 11.31 acres into a single-lot residential subdivision. The subject site is currently zoned Agriculture (A) District d is within the Lakeridge Overlay District.

CONFORMANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:

The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan shows this area as appropriate for Low-Density Residential (LDR) uses. The FLUM equates LDR uses to residential developments with no more than 5.8 dwelling units per acre. The applicant is proposing one single-family residential lot on 11.31 acres. This proposal is consistent with this FLUM designation.
