This ordinance grants Epic West Towne Crossing, L.P. a perpetual parking easement over, upon and across the 100' Electrical Easement, together with the right to construct, maintain, remove and re-construct surface parking facilities, drive-aisles, and related signage and landscaping improvements thereon from time to time, which easement is for the benefit of and shall be appurtenant to Lot 2.
The easement is not intended to grant any rights to the public. See "Exhibit B".

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PERPETUAL PARKING EASEMENT TO EPIC WEST TOWNE CROSSING, L.P.; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DELEGATE TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN ANY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE THE EASEMENT CONVEYANCE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Grand Prairie hereby concurs in the and authorizes the conveyance of a parking easement to Epic West Towne Crossing, L.P.
SECTION 2. That the City of Grand Prairie does hereby consent to the parking easement conveyance of said property.
SECTION 3. That the City Manager or his delegate is hereby authorized to sign any and all required documents related to the easement conveyance to Epic West Towne Crossing, L.P.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval and with the approval of Oncor Electric Company.
