PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The applicant is proposing to replat 15.009 acres to create one non-residential lot. Existing site improvements will be razed; a new warehouse is proposed to be constructed at this location.

The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan shows this area as appropriate for Light Industrial (LI) uses. The proposal is consistent with the FLUM.
