Great Southwest Parkway and generally located southeast of the intersection of Bardin Road and S. Great Southwest Parkway.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The purpose of the Preliminary Plat is to create 2 lots (Lots 1 and 2, Block 1) on 34.23 acres to facilitate commercial and multi-family development in the I-20 Overlay District. Concurrent with this application is a request to rezone the proposed Lot 2 for multi-family development (Z180303/CP180302).

North: PD-250 developed as Retail Commercial.
South: PD-50 developed as Single-Family Residential.
East: PD-372 developed as production and shipping facility (Flex-N-Gate)
