The 70,000 square foot flex-space facility is located in Site 3, Block 6, GSID Commercial #5. The 5.5 acre property is generally located southeast of Avenue R and 110th Street, addressed as 1908 110th Street. The property is zoned Light Industrial (LI) District and lies within the (GSW) Great Southwest Industrial District.
