Analysis

During routine maintenance staff discovered undermining of the roadway approach slabs, bridge abutments and damage to the concrete rip rap slopes.  These bridges are located on S. Great Southwest Parkway over Fish Creek and on S. Robinson Road over Fish Creek.

 

Cobb Fendley & Associates, Inc. will provide Professional Engineering services for the design plans, specifications, estimates and related documents for the bridge repairs for the two (2) bridges over Fish Creek.

 

Financial Consideration

Funding for a new contract with Cobb Fendley & Associates Engineering in the amount of $80,052 is available in the Streets Capital Projects Fund (400192), WO #01707703 (FY17 City Bridges), 68450 (Engineering Designs).
