Analysis

The existing six inch water meter is no longer functioning properly at Bell Helicopter located at 1700 North State Highway 360; it is necessary to install a new four inch emergency water meter and meter vault to act as a bypass. The new meter will facilitate repairs to the existing six inch meter without disrupting water service.
