Analysis
The abandonment applicants, Rose M. Nguyen-Potter and Shane M. Potter, have requested the abandonment of the 7.5-foot utility easement on the west side of their lot. The Potters want to install a swimming pool at this location.
Staff has reviewed the requested abandonment and finds that the abandonment of 7.5-feet would not hinder drainage or utilities in the area. All pre-existing drainage patterns will be maintained.
