Price agreement for precast concrete walls from Future Outdoors LLC (up to $500,000 annually) for one year with the option to renew for four one-year periods totaling $2,500,000 if all extensions are exercised; and authorize the City Manager to execute the renewal options with aggregate price fluctuations of the lesser of up to $50,000 or 25% of the original maximum price so long as sufficient funding is appropriated by the City Council to satisfy the City's obligation during the renewal terms

Analysis
This price agreement will allow for a standard linear foot price to be used on multiple projects across the City. Staff recommends utilizing this agreement for the screening wall required at Prairie Paws and at the Service Center.
This style “precast concrete wall” is popular in many parts of our City, especially along a few of our PID’s entrances and along border fences. This is the same style precast concrete wall that is soon to be erected in the gateway to PlayGrand Adventures along W. Warrior Trail to Epic Place.
Notice of bid #19134 was advertised in the Star Telegram and directly distributed to 348 vendors. There were six Grand Prairie vendors available for this commodity, none submitting bids. Two bids were received as shown on attachment A.
The award was based on best value criteria set up in the specification, including cost, qualifications, past experience, references, reputation, extent to which the goods and services meet Grand Prairie’s needs, and local business presence.
The bid received from Future Outdoors LLC meets specifications and is recommended for award.
Financial Consideration
Funds for existing projects are available in various departments’ capital budgets and will be charged accordingly through the end of the fiscal year. Funding for future fiscal years will be paid from that year’s approved budget...
