Analysis
“TCSF8-Grand Prairie HS LLC”, has requested a license to allow extension of an off-site 4-inch sanitary sewer main to serve their IL Texas Charter School on Ragland Road. This license is required so sanitary sewer service can be provided to the charter school (See attached Exhibit “A and B” for the proposed license and plat map).
The City Staff has reviewed this request. There were no objections to allow installation of the force sanitary sewer line in the City’s 30-foot utility easement located in the Christian Acres II Addition and SWBC Timberview Ranch Addition.
The license will have an original term of 20 years. Prior to any renewal period, “TCSF8-Grand Prairie HS LLC” must obtain the consent of the City Council at least six (6) months prior to any renewal.
Financial Consideration
Revenue: $200 which is the recommended one-time only charge for the twenty-year term license (0.979 acre), including the $100 application fee already paid leaving a net balance of $100.
