Final Plat for Lot 6, Block 1, Victory at Lakeridge Addition. Tract 3C, M. Hunt Survey, Abstract No. 758, City of Grand Prairie, Tarrant County, Texas, zoned PD-283, within the Lake Ridge Overlay District, generally located at the northeast corner of Camp Wisdom Rd and Lake Ridge Pkwy, and addressed as 5150 Lake Ridge Pkwy.

 

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

 

The purpose of the Final Plat is to create one non-residential lot on 1.296 acres to facilitate development in the Lake Ridge Corridor.

PLAT HISTORY:

 

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a Preliminary Plat for Lots 1, 4-6, Block 1 of Victory at Lakeridge on December 5, 2016.

 

PLAT FEATURES:

 

Lot 6 will be accessible from Camp Wisdom Rd.  The plat depicts the necessary utility easements and meets density and dimensional requirements in PD-283 and the Unified Development Code (UDC).

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

The Development Review Committee (DRC) recommends approval.
