Analysis

Reject proposals #16122 for Construction Manager at Risk for New Additions and Renovations to Prairie Paws Animal Shelter. Staff received 7 proposals for this project, 3 proposals were  non-responsive for failure to provide a complete proposal package and the remaining 4 proposals lacked the desired experience on projects of similar scope for animal shelters.  The decision was made to redraft the specification and re-advertise under a new proposal number.
