RP140703 - Replat - Iglesia Evangelica Addition (City Council District 5). Consider a request for a replat, combining two (2) lots to create one (1) residential lot, approximately 1.38 acres. The subject property is located at 426 MacArthur Blvd and 501 NE 31st St and zoned Single Family-Four District (SF-4).

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The applicant is requesting approval to combine two (2) residential lots into one (1) residential lot. The Iglesia Evangelica Church is in the process of constructing a larger worship area. Due to the size of the proposed worship area, more parking is needed. The replat will give the church more land area for parking.
