Consider a request to amend the approved Specific Use Permit and Site Plan. The subject property is 8.97 acres, located at 2765 N Great Southwest Pkwy, and is zoned Light Industrial (LI) District with a Specific Use Permit (SUP-502) to allow vehicle maintenance, a fueling facility/storage, a wash bay, and outside storage.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The applicant is seeking approval of an amendment a Specific Use Permit (SUP 502) and site plan. The applicant desires to remove the existing fuel canopy and construct a new fuel canopy behind the primary structure. The property was replatted in 2002; the proposed amendment will include an amendment to the site plan to include the area added in the 2002 replat, which now serves as the truck parking/storage area.
