PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ACTION:
On July 7, 2014, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6 to 1 to recommend approval of Z140401/CP140401 (Lakeside Lodge) to the City Council subject to the conditions contained in the body of this report.

Consider a request to rezone property from Agriculture (A) district to Planned Development District for multi-family uses. The 17.64-acre property is generally located south of S.H. 360 and west of Mirabella Boulevard (S.L.
