North: Planned Development (PD-173) developed as commercial shopping center.
South: Planned Development (PD-218) developed as Single-Family residential (Westchester Meadow); Grand Prairie ISD operations facility.
East: Planned Development (PD-173) developed as retail, car wash, and professional offices. Planned Development (PD-26) includes the former TX DoT facility now owned by Grand Prairie ISD.
West: Planned Development (PD-173) developed as Multi-Family residential.
COMMENTS:
