Analysis

Bob Rice proposes to relocate existing Clear Channel billboard approximately 300 feet to the west to prepare the site for development. No additional billboards will be constructed with this proposal. As part the request, the developer has agreed to work with future business owners at this location to limit truck traffic from using Gifford to the west of the property through signage and driver education.
