(up to $15,890.00 annually) for one year with the option to renew for four additional one year periods totaling $79,450.00 if all extensions are exercised; and authorize City Manager to execute the renewal options with aggregate price fluctuations of the lesser of up to $50,000 or 25% of the original maximum price so long as sufficient funding is appropriated by the City Council to satisfy the City's obligation during the renewal term

Analysis
This contract is for the Sign Hardware that would be used to install and maintain all street signs throughout the city.
Notice of bid #15106 was viewed by 60 vendors. There was one Grand Prairie vendor available for this commodity. Three bids were received as shown on Attachment A. These were Centerline Supply at $15,890 annually, Pathmark Traffic Products at $16,734 annurally and Custom Products Corp. at $19,652 annually.
The low bid was recieved from the Grand Prairie vendor, Centerline Supply. This bid meets specifications and is recommended for award.
Financial Consideration
Funding for sign hardware from Centerline Supply is available in the FY 2015/2016 General Fund budget 251910-63115 for Roadway Markings/Signs Maintenance and will be charged accordingly on orders through the end of the current fiscal year. Funding for future fiscal years will be paid from that year's approved budgets.
