Consider a request to approve a final plat to create a one-lot-non-residential subdivision. The 12.88-acre property, zoned Planned Development-217C (PD-217C) District, is located west of Lion Country Parkway and south of East Wildlife Parkway.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The applicant is proposing to plat 14.46 acres in PD-217C into a one-lot non-residential subdivision. The subject site is currently zoned PD-217C for Commercial, Retail, and Light Industrial uses.

CONFORMANCE WITH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:

The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan shows this area as appropriate for Mixed-Uses (MU). This use is consistent with this FLUM designation.
