Analysis
This agreement is for a music, lights, 3D mapping, and hologram show involving live actors for Prairie Lights. This show is a production of a 10 - 12 minute show for four shows per hour, providing all equipment and talent (e.g. stage, snow machines, fans, lights, sound, actors, etc.) with one song each show containing artificial snow falling on the patrons, and all personnel required for the operation of the show.

This agreement requires $27,500 at the Pre-season preview on November 14, 2018 and the remaining $27,500 at the close of the show on December 30, 2018.

Notice of bid #18130 was advertised in the Fort Worth Star Telegram and Bid Sync; it was distributed to five (65) vendors. There were no Grand Prairie vendors available for this commodity. Five (5) bids were received as shown on attachment A.

The award was based on best value criteria set up in the specification, including cost, qualifications and experience, references and reputation, presentation, and interview criteria as listed in the specification.

Q Productions meets specifications and is recommended for award.

Financial Consideration
Funds are available in FY 2019/2020 budget 318410 - 61065 and 618410 - 61067 (Prairie Lights) and will be charged accordingly on orders through the end of the fiscal year. Funding for future fiscal years will be...
