Analysis
The property owner, CHI/Wildlife Land, LP, a Texas limited partnership, wants to erect two monument signs on City-owned drainage easements. These monument signs will be constructed in the Wildlife Commerce Park Addition at Belt Line Road and Commerce Park Drive. Both of these signs will be out of the visibility easement at the intersection. The proposed monument signs will be approximately nine-feet tall and three-feet wide at the base.
Staff has reviewed the requested request and recommends approval of the encroachment agreement (See agreement attached as Exhibit “A”).
