PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant is proposing a site plan amendment to allow changes in the building elevations, removal of a piece of the existing canopy, remodeling, and construction of a 3,928 square foot addition (building addition and covered patio addition). There are no proposed changes to the existing site. All other existing structures will remain as they are today.
