Analysis
Lynn Creek Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. (the Association), wants to install a sixteen-foot tall brick and stone entrance sign in the median on Maribella Boulevard. (See attached Exhibit “A” for sign location). The sign will be set back thirty-one feet from the subdivision boundary line on Webb Lynn Road.
The City Staff has reviewed this request. There were no objections to install a sixteen-foot tall brick and stone entrance sign in the median. (See attached Exhibit “B”) All public utilities have approved the license agreement. The location of the sign will not be a hindrance to sight visibility. A traffic control plan must be approved prior to working in Maribella Boulevard.
The license will have a 20-year term with either party having the right to terminate upon written notice.
Financial Consideration
Revenue: $500.00 which is the recommended one time only charge for the twenty-year term license in addition to the $100 application fee.
