SUMMARY:

Consider a request to amend the concept plan and 0.67 acres in Planned Development-130 (PD-130) District to allow General Retail-1 (GR-1) District uses. The 0.67-acre property, located at 2864 W. Camp Wisdom Road, is zoned Planned Development-130 (PD-130) District.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The purpose of this request is to change the zoning of 0.67 acres within PD-130 to allow GR-1 District uses. The balance of 9.76-acre property, 9.09 acres, will remain PD-130 for Single Family-1 (SF-1) District uses. This proposal has companion cases; a replat that will create a 0.67-acre lot from the existing 9.67 acre lot, and a specific use permit and site plan to allow a restaurant with drive-through in the southwest corner of the subject site.
