Analysis

The TxDot Utility Adjustment Agreement of the SH 360 Main Lanes  Project requires an adjustment to the water main at SH 360 & Ragland Road by adding an additional 20 linear feet to the city water main at this location.  This change order is necessary in order to remove the water line from under the new pavement per TxDot requirements.The cost is $3,600. 

 

Financial Consideration

Funding in the amount of $3,600 is available in the Water Capital Projects Fund (500592) WO #01710403 (360 Utility Relocations I20/287).  This is 50% reimbursable under the contract terms.
