SUMMARY:

Consider a request to approve a Final Plat creating one (1) non-residential lot on 0.86 acre for development of a Veterinarian Clinic.  The subject property, zoned General Retail (GR) for commercial uses, is north of W. Camp Wisdom Road and approximately 460 feet east of Magna Carta Boulevard, specifically 2942W. Camp Wisdom Road.  The property is located in City Council District 4, represented by Councilman Richard Fregoe.

 

COMMENTS:

 

The proposed Final Plat establishes one (1) non-residential lot on 0.86 acre and dedicates the necessary easements to accommodate the development of the property.  The property is being platted in conformance with dimensional and other standards of the General Retail (GR) District as stipulated in Article 6 of the UDC.

 

This plat is in substantial compliance with the requirement of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

The Development Review Committee recommends approval.
