Analysis
Mr. Snyder was eating at the Pei Wei Restaurant and noticed a lady nearby who apparently had food stuck in her throat and couldn't breath. Mr. Snyder rushed to her aid and was able to dislodge the blockage. Emita Garcia, Park Board Member, who was also at the restaurant at the time, brought this to the attention of the city.
