(All Storage) Enterprise Commercial Park, Block A, Lot 1-R, City of Grand Prairie, Tarrant County, Texas. The property is generally located northwest of W. Pioneer Parkway and Robinson Road and addressed as 1102 W. Pioneer Parkway. The property is zoned C, Commercial District and is within the State Highway 161 (SH-161) Overlay Corridor District.
