Analysis
The abandonment applicants, Michael Stevenson and Katherine Stevenson, have requested the abandonment of a 7.5-foot utility easement on the south (rear) side of their lot (see Exhibit “A”). All public utility companies have agreed to the abandonment. The Stevensons want to install a swimming pool at this location.
Staff has reviewed the requested abandonment and finds that the abandonment of the 7.5-foot easement will not hinder drainage or utilities in the area. All pre-existing drainage patterns will be maintained.

Revenue: $250.00 paid with application
