The abandonment applicant, HPC LAKE RIDGE RESIDENTIAL, LTD., a Texas limited partnership, has requested abandonment of access and utility easement dedicated to the City recorded under document number 20070450748 filed December 18, 2007. The original easement was never used and a new easement has been conveyed to take the place of the original easement. This easement is located on a tract of land located in the B.B.B.&C.R.R. Survey, Abstract No. 1700, City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, and part of a 16.571 acre tract. (See Exhibit “B” for aerial map).
Staff has reviewed and approved the requested abandonment.
