PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The purpose of the request is to develop 140 single-story attached and detached residences on a single 13.43 acre lot at a density of approximately 11.1 units per acre within a Planned Development District.
USE CHARACTERISTICS AND FUNCTION:
The units shown are market-rate, lease-only 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes. All 2 and 3 bedroom units are fully detached, while 1 bedroom units are attached duplex style. Of the approximately 140 units, 30% are 1 bedroom, 39% are 2 bedroom, and 31% are 3 bedroom.
