Analysis

On January 23, 2018, a contract was awarded to Vision Communities Management in the amount of $34,350 for Westchester PID management services and miscellaneous repairs, and Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $21,175 was approved on March 6, 2018.

 

This proposed Change Order No. 2 is for management services and miscellaneous repairs in Westchester PID. 

 

This change order will not change the term of this contract. The expiration date will be February 28, 2019.

 

Financial Consideration

Funds for this contract are available from annual assessments adopted by the City Council on September 18, 2018, which are estimated to generate $977,148 for the fiscal year.
