Analysis

A permanent water main easement containing 2.180 acres and temporary construction easement containing 3.581 acres is required for the construction of the Mansfield SH 360 water transmission line from Ellis Joint Venture.

 

The owner has agreed to sell the 30-foot wide permanent utility easement and temporary construction easement for the appraised amount of $40,322 (Sales Agreement Attached).  The City will pay all title insurance expenses and closing costs.

 

Financial Consideration

Funding for the acquisition of Water Main and Temporary Construction Easements Ellis Joint Venture in the not to exceed amount of $43,000 is available in the Water Capital Projects Fund (500592) WO #01207101 (Mansfield 6 MGD Pump Station)
