Analysis

Dallas County is currently designing the proposed paving, drainage and utility improvements to Wildlife Parkway from SH 161 at Lower Tarrant Road to Beltline Road. The dedication of three street right-of-way parcels (25,710 total square feet) which are required in connection with the said proposed improvement of Wildlife Parkway (Dallas County MCIP Project 40810).  (See Exhibit “A” for descriptions)

 

Upon obtaining of all the needed right of way and associated easements, this project is anticipated to be constructed in FY 2018.

 

This item will authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the needed right-of-way deeds for recording in the Dallas County Real Property Records.
